เอกสารใช้ในการขอ Business VISA ประเทศอินเดีย 

1) กรอกเอกสารขอ VISA (Application Form) และเซ็นต์ให้เรียบร้อย
2) ค่า VISA แบบธุรกิจ 8,200 บาท
3) ค่าบริการของ VFS 517 บาท
  รวม 8,717 บาท ต่อ คน
4) Passport จริงมีอายุเหลือเกิน 6 เดือนขึ้นไป และยังมีหน้าที่ว่างทั้ง 2 ด้านอยู่ด้วย
5) สำเนา Passport
6) Passport เล่มเก่า (ถ้ามี)
7) สำเนา Passport 2 ชุด หน้าที่มีข้อมูลในการต่ออายุ และหน้าที่มีรูป
8) รูปถ่ายขนาด 2นิ้ว (45 x 35 มม.) 2 ใบ มีฉากหลังเป็นสีขาวหรือสีอ่อน หน้าตรง
9) จดหมายยืนยัน
  9.1) จดหมายยืนยันสถานภาพนักธุรกิจแอมเวย์ประเทศไทย (ไม่ใช่ยืนยันรายได้) และได้ถูกส่งไปทำธุรกิจที่อินเดีย
  9.2) จดหมายยืนยันการอนุญาตให้ทำ/เชิญไปทำธุรกิจจากแอมเวย์อินเดีย 
  หมายเหตุ ข้อ 9.1 นักธุรกิจแต่ละท่านต้องดำเนินการขอจากบริษัทแอมเวย์ประเทศไทยเอง
